CLIENT PORTAL

Effective December 1, 2021, we updated our secure client portal. Unfortunately, the new portal does require existing portal clients to register again, reset your password and set up Multi Factor Authentication.

 

Registration emails have been sent to all clients, BUT if you do not have a recent registration email, please contact portalsupport@trowbridge.ca indicating your Full Name or that of your Entity, and we will provide you with a registration link ASAP.

Invoice Payment

Safely and securely pay your invoice with us from anywhere in the world.

Please note that by clicking on the pay by credit card button you will be redirected to theonsecure credit card payment website to enter your credit card information for processing. Please also note that we do not view or collect your credit card information and therefore do not maintain this information in our records.

Before clicking on the payment button, please be sure that:

  • You have entered the correct invoice number;

  • You have entered a valid email address to receive the payment confirmation receipt by email;

  • You have selected the same currency indicated on your invoice.
